About the Event
Forest Therapy Walks are guided through a standard sequence by a certified guide. The guide offers sensory invitations for you to move through, in a way you feel called to. There is no right or wrong way to experience forest therapy. Come and connect to your senses, and with the forest. This event will be capped at 5 participants to allow for physical distancing measures. Make sure to read the particpant agreement located under waivers. Once the walk is confirmed, participants will be emailed the exact location of the walk, within the Laurentian Conservation Area, and a list of what to bring. The cost for the event is temporarily being offered on a sliding scale from $15 to $25 dollars. Payment options will follow. See you soon!
