About the Event
Forest therapy walks are guided through a standard sequence by a certified guide. The guide offers sensory invitations for you to move through in a way you feel called to. There is no right or wrong way to experience forest therapy. Come and connect to your senses, and with the forest. The event will be capped at 5 participants to allow for phyiscal distancing. Once the walk is confirmed, particpants will be emialed a detailed list including the exact location of the walk, within the Laurentian Conservation Area, and what to bring. The investment for this event is being temporarily offered on a sliding scale of $15- $25 dollars. Payment information will be included in the email upon your RSVP committment. As there are only 5 places available, once you RSVP, your spot is secured.
