About the Event
Forest Therapy Walks are guided through a standard sequence by a certified guide. The guide offers sensory invitations for you to move through in a way you feel called to. There is no right or wrong way to experience forest therapy. Come and connect to your senses, and with the forest. This event will be capped at 5 partipants to allow for physical distancing. Once the walk is confirmed, partipants will be emailed a complete list of what to bring, and be provided the exact meeting location, within the Conservation Area. The investment for this walk is being offered temporarily on a sliding scale of $15 - $25 dollars. Payment information will be included with the email. This event is best suited for individuals 16 and up. Once you RSVP, your spot is secured. See you in the forest!
