Guided Forest Therapy Walk - International Forest Bathing Day
Join us on this International Forest Bathing Day, as we move slowly through the forest, and take in the benefits that nature provides us.

Time & Location
Sept 11, 2021, 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Lake Laurentian Conservation Area, 2309 S Bay Rd, Sudbury, ON P3E 6H7, Canada
About the Event
Join us for a guided forest therapy walk in one of Sudbury's most natural spaces. During our time together we will follow a standard sequence whereby the guide will offer you invitations to explore with your senses in a way that you feel called to. There is no right or wrong way to experience and invitation and there is no expected outcome. This experience is not an exercise program of any kind, and we will stay in one area of the park for the majority of the time. For more about the benefits of forest therapy, please feel free to read here:

Nature is a healing environment and supports our overall wellness. We hope to see you soon.
*The exact meeting place in the conservation area will be provided upon registration. This event requires a minimum registration of 3 participants to run.
