About the Event
Forest Therapy Walks are guided through a standard sequence by a certified guide. The guide offers sensory invitations for you to move through, in a way you feel called to. There is no right or wrong way to experience forest therapy. Come and connect to your senses, and with the forest, as we watch the sun set on the last day of summer. This event will be capped at 5 participants to allow for physical distancing. Once the walk is confirmed, participants will be emailed a complete list of what to bring, and the exact meeting location, within the Conservation Area. The investment for this event is temporarily being offered on a sliding scale of $15 - $25 dollars. Once you RSVP, your spot is secured. Payment information will be included in your email. This event is best suited for individuals 16 and up. Hope to see you soon!
