About the Event
Let us join together, in the colors of fall, for a forest therapy walk. Forest Therapy Walks are guided through a standard sequence by a certified guide. The guide offers sensory invitations for you to move through in a way you feel called to. There is no right or wrong way to experince forest therapy. Come and connect to you senses, and with the forest. This event will be capped at 5 people to allow for physical distancing. Once the walk is confirmed, participants will be emailed a complete list of what to bring, and the exact meeting location of the walk, within the Conservation Area. The investment for this walk is temporarily being offered on a sliding scale of $15 - $25 dollars. Payment options will follow. When you RSVP, your spot is secure. This event is open to individuals of all ages. If you have questions please contact us. See you in the forest!
