About the Event

We will begin our time together with a yoga practice. After a short break, we will experience a guided forest therapy walk. Forest therapy is a very slow practice, and not comparable to physical exercise. There is no right or wrong way to experience forest therapy. Each person has their own unique experience, and some have said these experiences are quite profound.
